How do I return a purchase?
Ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority. You may return unopened items within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
SHIPPED PRODUCT RETURNS
You may return any unopened package for full credit or any defective materials for an exchange within 30 days. Non-defective, opened packages cannot be returned. You are responsible for the original shipping costs and return postage on exchanges.
Defective Merchandise
If your product has defective CD's, DVD's or other materials, please contact our customer service (see information below). Please note that you will need your original invoice for defective product exchanges.
If you are sending us an email, please provide the following:
1. Order number
2. The Name of the product you are returning
3. Customer name
4. Reason for return
5. Customer email address
Opened Merchandise
We will not accept opened, non-defective merchandise or tickets as a return.
DOWNLOADABLE RESOURCES RETURN POLICY
Downloadable products are not refundable.
CUSTOMIZED CLOTHING/PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY
Products that are custom produced, such as custom stiched clothing, are not returnable. Because we have the item made "1 off" just for you, we have no way of taking those items back into inventory.
